For the Renaissance Hotel installation in Newport Beach, I directed end to end project management and color design governance for a multi piece architectural art commission with Evert Fine Art. Overseeing external artisan workflows, I managed the precise execution and quality control of over 7,000 hand dyed, custom cut cork elements across 15 bespoke color swatches. By managing dimensional height specs across three 42 by 42 inch physical installations, I ensured exact visual depth alignment with our internal creative vision.

At the American Airlines Admirals Club in LAX, I directed project management and design governance for a custom 3D metal architectural installation. I created structural layout schemes and managed vendor workflows with fine artists, enforcing strict ADA compliance governance to keep feature projections within four inches on a curved architectural wall. Driving physical quality assurance, I evaluated prototype samples and facilitated artist feedback loops to ensure custom fabrication met strict enterprise standards prior to commercial installation.

Spearheading project management and technical design for Evert Fine Art, I directed the execution of a 30-foot architectural rope installation at the Renaissance Hotel in Newport Beach. I developed precision technical drawings to ensure the multi-element feature, comprising 64 hand-dyed ropes and 94 custom knots, met strict ADA projection regulations. Managing vendor execution, I provided structural guidance on hanging systems to ensure seamless site installation.

Overseeing high-volume physical asset production for the Marriott Vacation Club in Orlando, I directed project management and technical drafting for a 138-guest-room architectural art program. I authored comprehensive technical renderings and color layouts to guide external artisan workflows across thousands of custom hand-stained wood blocks. By establishing precise block-depth specifications and angular cut tolerances across each 65 by 35 inch installation, I ensured strict ADA regulatory compliance and seamless spatial execution across every room.
