Spearheading creative production for Hims & Hers’ most significant rollout to date, I co-directed packaging design governance and execution for the brand’s flagship Weight Loss line alongside a dedicated Packaging Project Manager. Partnering closely with Supply Chain, I facilitated vendor workflows across print suppliers and industrial designers to build a high-impact unboxing ecosystem, featuring Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified kraft outer packaging, precision engineered tray pull tabs, and sustainable glass componentry. In tandem, I collaborated with Design and Marketing teams to manage production execution for a curated Welcome Magazine, establishing a cross-functional launch framework for future omnichannel category expansions.

HERS HAIR

Driving creative operations for Hers’ launch into custom compounded hair care, I directed packaging development and launch logistics for the brand’s flagship women’s hair growth line.
I co-managed vendor workflows and technical specifications across custom glass componentry, including precision dropper bottles and sustainable glass vessels designed to elevate the consumer wellness experience. To support cross-functional go-to-market readiness, I established pre-launch inventory pipelines to deliver early production samples for key marketing and editorial shoots, securing core visual assets prior to the site launch.

Orchestrating creative production for Hims’ inaugural compounded sexual health release, I directed packaging development and go-to-market readiness for the award-winning Hard Mints collection. I co-managed vendor workflows across brand design, specialized print suppliers, and supply chain teams to evaluate structural packaging, custom color samples, and technical print applications. To support campaign enablement under compressed timelines, I coordinated early production sample fulfillment for key photo and video shoots, securing launch-ready visual assets for an enterprise initiative recognized on the 2023 Dieline Awards Shortlist for
In-House Design.

PHARMA

Mobilizing an expedited B2B field engagement initiative, I co-led creative production and collateral operations for Hims’ inaugural clinical detailing toolkit in Florida. Managing a lean, dedicated task force, I governed end to end production across high-touch practitioner assets, including tabbed saddle stitched pamphlets, patient lobby brochures with custom displays, heat bent Sintra promo card holders, first-time patient offer cards, and branded office collateral. From initial asset scoping to final regional deployment, I executed the full physical portfolio in under two months to support direct physician outreach.​
